Our goal is to make your encounter with Cardiovascular Specialists as pleasant and efficient as possible. Our scheduling and reception staff will obtain needed personal and medical information in order to schedule the appropriate test or provider visit as well as ensure we have the correct insurance information for you. Other operational areas that support our administrative efforts include medical records and medical transcription, as well as our switchboard staff who are responsible for routing your calls to the appropriate personnel to assist you.
